HOW TO: Install KODI v19.4 (Matrix) for all iOS versions (2022) (EASY)

I have went in circles trying to figure out why KODI's website only gives you a .deb file, and doesn't really explain what to do with it, that's where I come in. If you have ever seen this while trying to download KODI for iOS: Then you probably know that you can't find any programs that will run this file, nor will iTunes or other programs like Sideloadly or Cydia Impactor. Again, this is frustrating, because KODI claims you need a "jailbroken" device to install this application... That is not true in the slightest.
